Multifaceted Minds

Owning Your Brain. Building Your Life.

Where Your Identity, Wellbeing, and Work Meet.

Most systems were built for a version of human performance that doesn't account for how many of us actually think, feel, and function. Multifaceted Minds exists for the people who have spent years navigating those gaps. For when you are ready to stop trying to work around rigid systems and start designing with the way you work in mind.

The Work

Different Areas of Focus. One Common Thread.

Multifaceted Minds is the mental health, identity, and wellbeing work that sits at the center of everything Coach Kae does.

The areas she has studied and received certifications in while experiencing real life examples are not siloed disciplines. They are the same conversation viewed from different angles.

The work spans individual coaching, organizational consulting, facilitation, speaking, community, and resources. It meets you wherever you are in the ecosystem.

  • Neurodivergence and Late Diagnosis
  • Burnout and Recovery
  • Resilience and Mental Fitness
  • Workplace Mental Health

Where Do You Start?

Find Your Starting Point.

These areas are interconnected, and most people find themselves in more than one. Start with the one that feels most urgent right now.

Neurodivergence & Late Diagnosis

For those navigating a late diagnosis, exploring their neurodivergent identity, or learning how their brain actually works for the first time. Whether it is ADHD, autism, or the intersection of both, this work meets you where you are, without asking you to fit into a system that was never designed for you.

Who This Is For

For those navigating a late ADHD or autism diagnosis, exploring what neurodivergent identity means for how they live and work, or learning for the first time why certain things have always required more effort than they seemed to for everyone else.

What This Work Addresses

  • Understanding your neurotype and what it means in practice
  • Reframing past experiences through a neurodivergent lens
  • Building systems and structures that work for how your brain actually operates
  • Navigating relationships, workplaces, and environments that weren't designed for you
  • Processing the grief, relief, and complexity that often come with late diagnosis

Burnout & Recovery

For those who pushed past their limit trying to function in systems that weren't built for them. This work isn't about getting back to who you were before. It's about building something that actually works, grounded in how you are now and where you want to go.

Who This Is For

For those who pushed past their limit, ran dry trying to operate in systems that weren't built for them, and are ready to stop rebuilding the same structure that broke them and start building something that actually holds.

What This Work Addresses

  • Identifying the roots of burnout beyond just overwork
  • Rebuilding capacity without replicating the conditions that depleted it
  • Creating a sustainable operating rhythm grounded in how you actually function
  • Distinguishing between rest, recovery, and rebuilding
  • Navigating return-to-work or return-to-life with intention

Resilience & Mental Fitness

For those who want to build the mental and emotional infrastructure to sustain their performance, their purpose, and their wellbeing over the long term. Not just recovering from what knocked you down, but building the capacity to stay steady through what comes next.

Who This Is For

For those who are not in crisis but are building the internal infrastructure to stay steady through what comes next. People who want to strengthen their capacity proactively rather than reactively.

What This Work Addresses

  • Building mental fitness as a practice, not just a response to adversity
  • Developing the self-awareness, self-regulation, and recovery skills that sustain long-term performance
  • Understanding your behavioral style under pressure and how to work with it
  • Applying Positive Intelligence (PQ) frameworks to quiet the inner critic and amplify capacity
  • Creating sustainable rhythms for performance, rest, and restoration

Know How You're Wired, With or Without a Label.

You don't need a diagnosis to deserve a deeper understanding of yourself. A behavioral assessment gives you language for how you take in information, make decisions, communicate and recharge, so you can stop guessing and start building around what actually works for you. Whether you're exploring, newly identified, or simply curious, it's a practical starting point for seeing your strengths clearly and designing the support you need.

Who This Is For

You Belong Here If…

  • You received a late diagnosis and are still making sense of what it means for how you have lived, worked, and related to others
  • You have been told you're "too much" or "not enough" in ways that never quite added up
  • You pushed through until you couldn't anymore, and you're ready to build something more sustainable
  • You work in an environment that wasn't designed for how your brain operates
  • You are a leader trying to understand and support neurodivergent or burned-out team members
  • You are curious about what mental fitness, resilience, and whole-person wellbeing actually look like in practice
  • Or you are a practitioner, clinician, or coach looking to build capacity in neurodivergent-affirming support

Why Kae

The Practitioner Behind the Work.

Kae Ricketts is not a researcher who learned about neurodivergence from the outside. She received her ADHD diagnosis at 30 and her autism diagnosis at 35. She spent decades navigating systems that weren't built for how her brain works, building workarounds that she now teaches to others as frameworks.

The Multifaceted Minds work comes from that lived experience, shaped by formal training in coaching, resiliency facilitation, positive intelligence, and process improvement, and informed by years of organizational effectiveness consulting at institutions including Harvard University, State Street, and Thermo Fisher Scientific.

She is currently completing her Positive Intelligence (PQ) coaching certification and is in active exploration of clinical-adjacent facilitation work in behavioral health settings.

Wear the Work

Own Your Brain. Wear It Like You Mean It.

The Multifaceted Minds Collection came out of the same conversations as this work. Every design started as a phrase someone in this space needed to hear, or finally got to say out loud: Not Scattered. Strategic. Not Complicated. Complex. Wired Differently. Self-Aware.

Wear it to celebrate how far you've come, start a conversation, or just remind yourself on the hard days that how you operate is not a flaw to correct.
