How do you actually operate when it matters?

Most people have a feeling about how they work. These tools turn that feeling into data, and data into a plan.

The Assessment

The assessment tool we use is based on a model developed by psychologist William Moulton Marston in the 1920s to categorize human behavior into different primary traits. It is one of the most widely used and researched behavioral frameworks in professional development, and for good reason

It is not a personality quiz. It is not a label. It is a research-backed read of how you naturally respond to your environment, grounded in decades of workplace behavioral research.

It tells you how you naturally show up: how you make decisions, how you communicate under pressure, what motivates you, what drains you, and where your natural style may be creating friction you haven't been able to trace. Not who you are as a person. How you operate as one.

We use these tools with entrepreneurs, career professionals, and teams to turn "I have a feeling" into "I have data-informed insights and here's the plan." The work goes faster and further when we start from information instead of assumption. The profile doesn't replace the coaching. It makes the coaching sharper.

The report is the mirror. The debrief is what you do with what you see.

Coach Kae

The Coach behind your Guided Debrief

She's not just an assessment administrator. Coach Kae has been using these assessment results to guide her own career, development, and leadership journey for over a decade.

Kae's own behavioral assessment profile is DC, a combination of Dominance and Conscientiousness. Most coaching is associated with high-S or high-i styles: warm, collaborative, accommodating. A DC coach is something different. Direct. Skeptical. Results-oriented. Accuracy-driven.

Her three core priorities are Challenge, Results, and Accuracy. That profile explains why her approach looks the way it does. She asks hard questions because Challenge is how she naturally engages. She keeps the focus on real outcomes because Results is what she is wired toward. And she builds frameworks instead of operating on intuition because Accuracy demands that things are done right. The Challenge priority is what makes her willing to push back on a client's assumptions, which is what separates good coaching from comfortable coaching.

She has navigated her own results for years. Now she helps you navigate yours.
