"The sessions were organized and included a lot of structured exercises, questionnaires, and roadmaps that encouraged self‑reflection and career planning. They helped me think more intentionally about my long‑term goals and how I want to shape my career moving forward. Some of the materials I felt were better suited for people who already have professional work experience or who are looking to pivot or move up in their careers, so I found parts of it challenging to fully relate to as someone just starting out. That said, the process still pushed me to think more deeply about my strengths, interests, and what direction makes the most sense for me right now. Overall, the experience helped me better understand how structured career planning works and gave me clarity around my next steps. It also played a role in confirming that pursuing graduate school was the right decision for me at this stage."
